Chocolate mud cakes covered in fondant. Large mushrooms are tubes filled with sweets and covered in fondant and gumpaste then topped with marzipan caps. Fairy, small mushrooms and curled ferns are made from modelling chocolate. Dragonflies and fairy wings are gelatin.
