For a very sophisticated 13-year-old girl who was having a black & white themed party. She loved the look of scrolls & piping with black on white, which I was so happy about, because it is not often I get to hand-pipe a whole cake. The ribbons, monogram, & topper are all fondant, & all the scrollwork is hand-piped with black royal icing.

Top tier is Vanilla-almond Butter cake & the bottom tier is Red Velvet. Both are filled with White Chocolate Buttercream & iced with white chocolate ganache.
