I have been dying to try the awesome stack of pancakes cakes that I have been seeing around the internet for so long now and familys birthdays are usually my chance to try all those designs I want to do! So this was my grannies birthday cake. Carrot cake with cream cheese buttercream and pecan filling. Fondant “pancakes” and berries, buttercream “whipcream”, and piping gel “syrup”. I had a lot of fun with this one!
