What I learned about Mitzi in association with taking this booking was of a lady that loved her two cats, Georgie (ginger) and Marble (Multi), that she was an accomplished artist (I may not have done her credit here) and that she loved her garden. All of these elements have been fused into the design with the artists box taking centre stage and the easel as a keepsake. The cake is a vanilla sponge layered with white chocolate ganache and raspberry jam, coated in ganache and covered with sugarpaste. The easel and other decorative elements are made out of gumpaste.
