Red Velvet cake, Vanilla Buttercream in an Ombre finish. Here is a great tute by the Lovely Joly of Viva La Cake http://vivalasugarcake.blogspot.com/2013/06/tutorial-how-to-make-smooth-ombre.html?m=1 In her tutee she uses non-crusting BC but I used Crusting Bc with no issue at all.
