10" Bottom, vanilla with Italian Butter Cream covered with Modeling Chocolate Ruffles and 6" Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Ganashe filling. Topped with Modeling Chocolate rolled roses.My first time uses Modeling Chocolate ruffles.
