The main cake for the party I’ve been working on this week. Chocolate sponge. The rainbow is made from sugar paste with gum trag in it to keep its’ shape. The ‘spires’ are a combination of sugar paste covered chocolate fingers and dowels. LOTS of edible glitter on this one!
