A two tiered cake for my little boys 3rd birthday, he couldnt decide on one theme, so we combined the sea with dinosaurs. Top tier is vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercreamnd raspberry jam fillling with crushed biscuits for sand. bottom tier is a rich dark chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream. Loved making this for m son and he loved it too thankfully.
