I was asked to make this cake with very little notice. I had 4 days to make the flowers and butterflies and dust them, ganache, cover and decorate the cake. It was such a fun cake to make though. I would make flowers all day long and I love butterfly’s so rushing around doing this cake was no hassle :)

If you have a look on my page I have also done a YouTube video how I ganache my cakes and then get my fondant sharp edges :)
