The reason I started cake decorating was so that I could make my own wedding cake and this is it! I wanted to keep it simple to avoid too much stress leading up to the big day. It had tiers of chocolate fruit cake, lemon Madeira and carrot cake, the ivory fondant had a pearl sheen to it, and my hand made sugar paste roses were dusted with gold shimmer powder :)
