Done for my Aunt’s birthday which is on Valentine’s Day! Her favourite colours are red and black. My uncle secretly commissioned me for this cake – so she was totally surprised. 6"/10" rich Cayman style fruit cake with buttercream icing and fondant accents. I piped red scroll work on the cake to give it a pop of red, and finished the cake off with red and black calla lilies. She was so surprised and she really loved it.
