This cake was made according to the design sent to me by the client with some revisions. Top tier is a 6 inch Carrot and Walnut Cake with cream cheese filling and bottom tier is Moist Chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream filling. Both tiers are covered in chocolate ganache which served as my crumb coating before finally covering in fondant with gumpaste details.
