Mi Bella Rosa
My 1st double barrel cake under the guidance of the lovely Sharon of Sharon Wee Creations. She is such a generous and natural teacher, I love every moment learning with her.
The bottom tier is 8″ × 8″ and top tier 6″ × 4″. I think we used more than 3kg of choc ganache for this cake. Very messy but yummy process!
I have added a couple more pics; a collage of the process (I like how the yellow lighting bounces off the pearl sheen, giving it a different look altogether) and another a screenshot from my friend’s IG account. I gave the cake to my ex-colleagues as a going away present. Look at how they destroyed my baby! Lol
