A lovely Grandma’s cake request for a grandson’s first birthday. First time to make it at this size. The head was made out if styrofoam and face in fondant. The body had 6 layers of chocolate mudcake filled with milk chocolate ganache, upper limbs were fondant, lower limbs were cake truffle. I had so much fun making it. The family loved it and so as the birthday boy.
