It was long ago that I was going to make these mini wedding cakes, and now that he has presented the ’occasion, I was well happy to implement them.
It is mud cake with dark chocolate ganache, red velvet with cream camy, tufted duck and diplomatic chocolate cream, light rum wet and wet Witch.
