This is a surprise birthday present from a girl for her boyfriend. Quite surprising & wondering….why cockroach!!? Maybe phobia or joke or something…but really enjoy making this. It made me think of the cockroaches that scare me away when I was young. Inside is a yam butter cake covered with Italian meringue butter cream. Hope her boyfriend won’t fainted when receiving this gigantic cockroach…anyway this is a birthday present from your lovely girlfriend. Happy birthday Jee!
