Here is a sandcastle cake i created-was lot harder than i expected! in the middle of a heat wave (we very rarely reach over 25 deg in wellington) and i was having all sorts of issues with fondant tearing and not working with me. I managed to get it covered and collected all in the same day! Luckily i created the various toppers a few days before :)

base cake is double Chocolate mud cake with milk chocolate ganache
middle tier is a moist vanilla cake with white chocolate ganache
and top tier is double Chocolate mud cake with milk chocolate ganache
