This is like eating ice cream in a cake!! It is made of 3 separate cakes: chocolate, strawberry and vanilla and filled with matching buttercream flavours.
I then piped rows of buttercream roses around the side of the cake, starting at the bottom and finishing in the centre on the top of the cake. Each layer matches the cake within. It looks beautiful and tastes yummy!
