The brief was pale yellow and silver, for this 25th anniversary cake. It’s hard to see that the first and third tiers are a pale yellow and the middle tier is the natural color of Italian Meringue Buttercream. Sugar “fabric” flowers.
Vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream and white cake with lemon curd.
