I made these super fun cookies for my son to take to a friend’s Spy themed birthday party today. I came across the idea for these cookies from Munchkin Munchies who was suggesting that they would be a fun April Fools Day cookie to make for the kids. She apparently got the inspiration from the book “Cupcakes, Cookies and Pies, oh my”. I took a little something from both sources and added the use of homemade marshmallows for the nose instead of using store bought. I think they turned out to be really cute and super fun!
