A tall 7-inch chocolate cake for a sweet little girl’s 6th birthday party. Brief was grey & white horse, hedgehog, pong with ducks in a field setting. 3 layers of moist chocolate sponge layered with chocolate SBC covered in dark chocolate ganache and green fondant. Such a fun cake to work on, although the horse was a little tricky!
