This was the first cake I ever made for someone other than my daugher. My first time making a gum paste figurine and learning that I should have done a 50/50 mix instead of 100% gum paste :) Wings were made of gelatin and all other decorations were gum paste as well. Covered in MMF and brushed with luster dust for color.
