This cake was a special project for a friend of mine. She wanted rainbows and the three cats mete modelled on her three little kitties. The figure had to be holding a bottle of champers and a glass.
Really fun and bright happy cake to make.
The bottom tier is lemon cake with lemon curd and lemon buttercream and the top tier is coffee cake with coffee liqueur butter cream filling .
