My last cake for 2013 was a candle and a bauble, made for a friend, to be the main decoration on their xmas table. They are chocolate mud cakes with strawberry ganache as a filling. The guests were surprised to see the cakes being cut, at the end of their dinner! They thought it was just a decorative centerpiece!
