It’s my mother in law’s 70th birthday this week, so we held a party for her yesterday- perfect excuse for a dessert table! I chose a Scottish/tartan theme, as she loves the country and regularly holidays there.
Goodies include: vanilla cake pops; Malteser cupcakes; banana, cinnamon and butterscotch cupcakes; chocolate and sprinkle dipped marshmallows; chocolate and orange mudcake; fruit cake; pecan bites; shortbread; Scottish tablet; milk chocolate and candy cane fudge; toffee meringues; white chocolate and gingerbread fudge; white chocolate ganache truffles; white chocolate and lemon ganache truffles; and Ferrero Rocher trees.
