Wanted to try something different, so when Kathrin told me that she wanted a surprise cake for her best friend’s 30th birthday with the sunflower theme (that she loves), it was the best opportunity to try applying decorations directly on a ganached cake.
So Helen lies in a sunflower field, enjoying the sun, with her favorite hat next to her!
