This elf was the image that the mother envisioned before little Billy was born. She definately wanted to be on the first birthday cake, so she sent me a rough draw, and I made him using this draw as guideline. She also wanted the cake to be colourful, so I chose a rainbow.
This cake was also a surprise for the father, as the message is written in Russian (he is Moldavian). The mother had to write this for me as well, and I just copied what I saw!
