After seeing a beautiful picture of a snowy owl I had to make it in to a topper. I wished I had more time to put in to this cake. It was rushed and because of this I’m a little disappointed in the overall finish. I love my little owl though!

Owl is sculpted from gumpaste. All decorations are gum paste.

You don’t have to be disappointed because the cake looks amazing! The owl is amazingly cute and realistic. Sometimes we are our worst critics, but I think you should be proud of your work. Happy holidays!
