This cake was made for a 21st Great Gatsby themed party. The birthday girl provided an image of the cake that she had seen on the internet and wanted for her party – (There are 2 examples of this design on the internet that I could find, so I am unsure who the original designer is … either “Benedetta Rienzo Cakes” or “Let Them Eat Cake 101” :)

The cake is a combination of white choc mud and choc mud cake and caters for approx. 110 desert / 220 coffee sized portions
