My best friend put all of her faith in me and asked me to make her wedding cake. She didn’t give me much to go on though.
The wedding was half traditional English and half Indian so I created a plain white cake and piped on a Mehndi design.
I have only ever made a two tier cake before so 5 tiers was quite daunting.
She loved it though and so did the guests!
