The brief for this cake was ‘the pinkest and sparkliest cake ever’….well it’s certainly pink!!

The castle is made up of a 9" and 7" chocolate sponge filled with milk chocolate ganache. The towers and gatehouse are chocolate swiss rolls and 2 of the towers are covered cling film rolls!

The sparkly pink themed girly cupcakes are vanilla filled with strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream.
