Dense and decadent Almond cake with salted caramel ganache.
This was a bit of a stepping stone wedding cake for me as I haven’t ever made leaves to go with the roses before. I lightly highlighted the leaves with a lilac lustre dust before brushing with green to try and make them look less plastic/ fake.
