I don’t know why, but I always run out of ideas for Christmas cakes, and this year I have to do four!!!! The first one is this one with my little Ms Penguin near her Christmas tree, preparing her presents. It’s the same penguin I used on the cookies but instead of in bas relief it is freestanding) It is not the most original idea around, but I could not come up with anything better. I also revisited the ruffles that I used to put on every cake I did when I started decorating cakes, because I really liked the effect it made. Hope you like it!!!!
