I made this cake for a very young girl which is in one of the local racing skiing teams. She loves chocolate so the filling was obviously rich of chocolate but her mum hates it and asked for a 50% 50% cake with lemon flavour, making a simple cake a bit more complicated and also my day. I made a second mini cake and shaped it like an avalanche, guess who is the skier up side down in the snow ;-)??? They both loved the cake and had a good laugh. Thank you for looking : )
