This 3rd birthday cake was inspired by the birthday girl’s 4 favorite Dr. Seuss books: The Cat in the Hat, Green Eggs and Ham, One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish, and The Foot Book. I took a quote from Happy Birthday To You book that I thought would be perfect for the special occasion. My painter, Dayan Neely, painted all of the amazing pictures free hand. The photos are less than professional, but I wanted to share them anyway because I’m very proud of the outcome.
