A customer I always have fun baking for planned a Jungle and wildlife party for her little boy. I LOVED making these among so many other cute wildlife treats.

I created my own stencil from some of my favourite baby wildlife images (only for the giraffe, elephant and zebra – the Leopards and Tigers I freestyled) and cut these cookies out by hand. I think I’ll use these designs at the next market for Christmas in Africa (if we can’t have snowy Christmases, polar bears and snowmen, we can at least enjoy the beautiful weather and wildlife we DO have!
