This is the first cake in a month…I’ve been very busy with my other passion. I was helping my husband with the interior design and the home staging of his new development and the show home. I loved doing it and very happy with the result. But I miss doing cakes! So I enjoyed every minute doing this cake!
I don’t have an airbrush system so I just painted with the brush the base of the mushroom. So it is not perfect but I think this gives a natural look.

This cake was for my son’s kindergarten friend who loves Smurfs. I have to say, I am not very good with modelling, so I wasn’t very happy with my Smurfs. This is my second lots of Smurfs I’ve made. First ones ended up in my kid’s hands, so they had a good play:)) I thought about this positively as it is always good to have some practice.
