I have always enjoyed baking and decorating cakes and when my children were young I wouldn't let one occasion go by without doing a special one for them. Now after many years I've decided to take my cake decorating to another level. Last December I attended a Christmas Cake Decorating course and enjoyed it so much that in February I enrolled for another two courses; Royal Icing and Sugar Crafting. My cakes aren't as professionally done as those I've seen on your site but hopefully with a lot of practice I might get there!!!
