I live in Italy where, in 2012, I launched the first ever Italian Cake Design Magazine.
After a few years in the publishing industry, I now concentrate on my teaching and cake making.
My cakes have appeared on Cakes and Sugarcraft (both English and Russian Edition), Amazing Cakes, Gateaux Spectaculaires, Dolce e Salato, Pasticceria Internazionale, Torte Spettacolari, Cup Cakes, Corriere della Sera, Repubblica, Il Giorno and many others magazines and newspapers. My clients include Disney Italia and Fondazione per l'Infanzia Ronald McDonald.
I teach modeling and wafer paper flowers all over Italy and I am always looking forward to teaching in new places and meeting new students.
