I am a home baker, making cakes for family and friends inbetween juggling between 2 full on jobs and being a single parent to my 2 daughters. One of whom is my artistic designer and right hand wo-man (quite literally since I had a shoulder operation!!). Self taught all the way, but desperate to have a tutorial with one of the flower making experts.....may treat myself soon :)
