The Saracino pasta top is a perfect to cover a cake. You can Saracino modelling paste for caketoppers and specific decorations.
The pasta top is a very good fondant to use in hot and Humid temparures , and is very elastic and tear resistant. It’s vegan friendly and gluten free!

Thank you for your comment. I used Saracino Paste cover a small wooden sofa frame I made. It rolled out thin, was very sturdy and did not crack at the folds. I thought it would be great to cover a cake. I will try the Pasta top sometime.
