RE: Orange pineapple filling

I’ve made a pineapple filling, ditto orange, but honestly never combined. I’ve made pineapple and orange jam. Basically taking the fresh fruit and slowly cooking down with added sugar, until thick. So I suppose you could just combine the two. I also have made a curd from fresh pineapple/oranges. I put the pineapple/oranges in the blender and blended until very smooth. Then just used my recipe for lemon curd. Hope this helps.
