I always used citric acid on my cut fresh fruit, like peaches, to prevent the browning that occurs with oxidation. Other than that, haven’t used liquid citric acid for anything else. I do use powdered citric acid for making bath bombs. I make bath bombs every Christmas to give to my children and friends.
