Hi everyone,
My name is Matt Kirshner, I am a pastry chef from Newtown, CT. I work at a small cafe/bakery in Newtown called Cafe Xpresso. For years I have worked at various establishments throughout NY and CT. Unfortunately cake decorating was never my forte. I hope i can share some cake works i will be doing as well learn from what i see are amazing cake decorators on this site.
