Hi everyone, my name is Alex, I’m from Montevideo, Uruguay.
I am cook and pastry chef, I worked in an Italian restaurant in New York City for 2 years.
Here in Uruguay, were I live, I worked as culinary teacher at America's Culinary Institute.
Since 2014, I run my own cake shop, Montevideo Patisserie.
