Although I possess a solid background in management, sales and marketing, customer service, debtors and creditors, and distribution, my passion have always been baking & cake decorating. Hence the reason for doing a City & Guilds patisserie course in 2016 at Silwood School of Cookery.
I am currently working full time as a system administrator at one of SA's biggest media companies.
I was chairperson for one and a half years at a branch of the South African Cake Decorators Guild, before taking up painting as an artist. I have decorated wedding and birthday cakes for more than 10 Years and I am a member of SACDG Fish Hoek branch.
