Mimi is a mother of three and a spouse of a US Marine. She has always loved taking on new crafts and learning hands on. On her eldest 1st birthday her husband and her decided to create a fondant hulk cake and it was a success. That day a connection was made and a passion was found. In 2012 this passion became a business to service those who wanted to have the perfect edible center piece to for their events.
