I love to create fun and beautiful decorated desserts, but if I can make them taste as good as they look, then I feel I have succeeded.

Decorated desserts can be a work of art, but if it tastes like saw dust, then what's the point? Desserts are meant to be eaten and enjoyed. They may be eaten and gone, but they will be remembered for a lifetime!
