Violet Schanzer

I am a mum of one. My passion for cake decorating started when I went to my niece's first birthday party. My sister in law made her a Rainbow Fish cake. As soon as I saw that beautiful cake, I was hooked and determined to try cake decorating. That was in 1999.

Since my son was born, I have been making all his birthday cakes and loving it.

I hope to make more cakes in 2013, instead of just the one cake per year for my son. I would like to try making cake toppers.
