Hi I work full time for the NHS. I started decorating cakes for my family a few years ago. My niece then asked if I would make her wedding cake (the black and white design) and that was the beginning of my little cake company. I am mainly self taught (have attended a few flower work shops). Any feedback given is greatly appreciated.
